We are an organization that promotes tourism and meetings in Quito. Our mission is to promote and strengthen the city as a destination that has all the ideal characteristics for events, conventions, congresses and incentive trips of cultural, economic, educational, social and related areas, as part of the economic growth that stimulates the productive chain, through programs that benefit the community and the region.

- We promote Quito as a national and international destination for events.
- We support you in the process of applying and attracting congresses, meetings, conferences and incentive trips to Quito; in conjunction with companies, universities and professional associations.
- We advise you in choosing the perfect space for your event.
- We make it easy for you to book venues, accommodations and other services.
- We put you in contact with qualified suppliers that meet the standards you need for your events.
- We coordinate inspection visits to the City and its venues, according to the requirements of the event.
- We collaborate with the diffusion of your event or congress, through our national and international communication channels.
Social and ENVIRONMENTAL Responsibility
How do we help?
- We have a series of nature conservation and social development projects, of which your event can be a part, supporting the different managers and custodians of these important actions. Part of our management is to bring you closer to these types of projects to encourage and support them.
- We need your help, Quito is part of the Chocó Andino Biosphere Reserve and has large areas of forest that need support to maintain and continue capturing carbon. For more information contact us.

Quito Botanical Garden
We support the Quito Botanical Garden in its work of preservation and maintenance of its collection of Ecuadorian plants.
City Zoo
We dedicate our efforts to the rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife provided to us by the environmental authorities and assist hundreds of animals in crisis situations each year.
