In addition to being the seat of Ecuador's political and governmental management apparatus, we are also the country's economic nucleus. Our international port of arrival is the Mariscal Sucre Airport located 40km from the city with good roads to reach it. It complies with all safety standards, quality and global regulations.
There are 17 international airlines, with more than 180 frequencies per week, which make possible the air connection between Quito and any place in the world. We have commercial flights that operate in the city with direct origin from the United States, Canada, Holland, Spain, France, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Brazil and Chile.
Regarding land transportation, access routes such as E35, E28, communicate Quito with the rest of the country.
