Bicentennial Park

Bicentennial Park
The Bicentennial Park was inaugurated in 2013 following the relocation of Mariscal Sucre Airport to Tababela. The runway, which had occupied the northern plain of Quito since the 1930s, and the airport facilities, which included the original 1960s building, landing chutes, hangars, warehouses and fuel facilities were to be converted into a new central park.
