Heladería San Agustín operates in a heritage house built in 1734, its owner gives demonstrations on the preparation of the traditional paila ice cream every day in the morning, in addition the visitor can access cooking classes to learn how to prepare quesadilla, a traditional dessert of Quito, on Fridays and Sundays while visitors have lunch, a character of legends tells stories and traditions of Quito. It is an ideal place to visit with family or friends, as it has an extensive menu of traditional Quito dishes and desserts.
