Urban Chulpi

Chulpi Urbano was born as the dream of a young Ecuadorian chef to pay tribute to the cuisine and culture of Ecuador through a contemporary vision mixing our traditions and customs with the use of modern techniques. Our cuisine is sourced locally from small producers in Ecuador. We mix the tradition of Ecuadorian cuisine with unconventional products using creativity and modern techniques.
